Bristol Hospital is spearheading a comprehensive assessment of the health needs of individuals living in Bristol. The aim of the assessment is to reinforce Bristol Hospital’s commitment to the health of local residents and to align its health prevention efforts with the community’s greatest needs. This commitment also supports requirements set forth in the Affordable Care Act for not-for-profit hospitals and health systems.
Bristol Hospital has retained an outside consultant named Holleran to conduct this community health needs assessment. One of the requirements of this project is to conduct a prioritization session that includes representatives from numerous community organizations throughout the city. The goal of the session will be to identify community needs and prioritize them. It will be held at the Bristol Hospital Hughes Auditorium, 41 Brewster Road from noon to four on Aug 20th.
Lunch and refreshments will be served. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP to Bethany Spada, firstname.lastname@example.org
