The following public information from the Enfield Police Department is accurate as of Sept. 6, 2013. The information reflects charges filed, not convictions. It is not the policy of the North Central Source to omit any felonies or misdemeanors from this log.

Sept. 4

Frank C. Wien, 24, of 5 Candlewood Dr., Somers, was charged with 1st-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit 1st-degree robbery, 4th-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit 4th-degree larceny, 2nd-degree assault and 2nd-degree failure to appear, on a 2013 warrant and an out-of-town warrant, 11:03 a.m.

Nicholas Zina, 30, of 3 Lawrence St., Ludlow, MA, was charged with 3rd-degree larceny, on a 2010 warrant, 2:00 p.m.

Brendan P. Sullivan, 27, of no certain address, was charged with criminal attempt to commit 6th-degree larceny, in connection with an attempted larceny at Costco on Freshwater Blvd., 5:35 p.m.

Justin D. Edwards, 31, of 38 Mountain Rd., Mansfield, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, on a 2013 warrant, 8:30 p.m.

Sept. 5

Michael S. Chipman, 20, of 61 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with sale of a controlled substance, possession of more than a half-ounce but less than four ounces of a controlled substance and possession/use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a narcotics call on Pearl and New King Sts., 2:19 p.m.

Carole A. Mangene, 33, of 30 Church St., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, on a 2013 warrant, 6:30 p.m.
