“With the final regulations’ posting on the Secretary of State’s website, the Regulations for the Palliative Use of Marijuana became effective today, and we are moving forward immediately with the next phase of implementation, to identify those entities that will produce and dispense medical marijuana to patients certified in Connecticut,” agency Commissioner William M. The Department plans to award between three and five dispensary facility licenses. The agency requires that all questions about the application process that applicants and potential applicants may have, be communicated by email only to dcp.mmp@ct.gov with the subject line “Medical Marijuana RFA Question.”
